Define the purpose of each piece
A kit can support an introduction, a product handoff or an event conversation. List the recipients and the moment when they will open it. Decide whether each sticker is meant for packaging, a personal item or a simple takeaway.
Use one clear visual relationship across the kit: a shared type treatment, a limited palette or a repeated graphic. Keep contact details and small text readable at the actual print size.
Choose the distribution format
Loose stickers can be handed out separately. A sheet can keep several elements together. Roll labels may suit repeated packaging work. Choose the format around the packing task instead of assuming every design should use the same construction.
Write the unit beside every quantity. A thousand complete sheets is different from a thousand loose pieces, and multiple artworks need their own specification and quantity review.
Prepare a practical brief
Record each design name, size, material preference and application surface. Include how the kits will be packed and any date that matters. Minimum order is 1,000 per design and manufacturing specification. Ask for confirmation of feasibility, price and timing before committing to an event or promotion.
