THE PRINT NOTES / PLANNING GUIDE

Preparing a bulk sticker order

A complete brief helps the supplier assess the job without guessing what you need.

Write one specification per design

Give each artwork a clear name and list its requested dimensions, quantity and intended surface. Separate changes in material, adhesive or finish instead of combining them under one total. This makes it easier to review which details apply to which item.

State whether the quantity refers to individual pieces, complete sheets or labels supplied on rolls. The minimum is 1,000 per artwork and manufacturing specification. A roll format still counts the individual labels unless the quote explicitly says otherwise.

Resolve the production questions

Ask the supplier to confirm the available construction, artwork requirements, proof process and any application constraints. If a specific property matters, describe the real condition it must handle and ask what evidence supports that use.

Include any date you need the finished items. A requested date is a planning input, not a production or shipping commitment. Price, schedule and delivery details belong in the actual quote.

Approve an explicit record

Check the final artwork and written specification together. Confirm the quantity unit, dimensions, cut presentation and agreed construction before an order is placed. The website brief collects requirements for review; it is not a checkout, price guarantee or manufacturing approval.
