What the form collects
Custom Stickers Factory collects the name, email, optional company and phone, destination, artwork links and print requirements you submit. Do not include payment details or private sign-in credentials. The form does not take payments or upload files.
How we use it
We use your details to handle your quote request, clarify specifications and assess production feasibility. Authorized staff may access the request through our internal workflow. This form does not enroll you in marketing emails.
Storage and security
Requests are stored on our server. This intake system removes requests after 90 days. Information transferred into an active order or other business record may have a separate retention period, which must be explained when that process begins. Security controls use a short-lived session cookie and a hashed network identifier to limit abuse. No optional advertising or analytics cookies are set by this storefront.
Access or deletion requests
For questions about your details, access or deletion, email support@customstickersfactory.com with your request reference. We need to verify that the request belongs to you before sharing or changing it.
