Quotes and orders
A quote request saves your requirements and returns a reference. It is not an order, an approved price or a production commitment. An order is placed when payment for a saved quote is confirmed.
Prices
Published prices are in US dollars and apply only to the listed material, size, quantity and specification. Standard shipping within the US is included; other destinations are quoted. A different specification needs a quote.
Minimum order
The minimum is 1,000 per artwork and manufacturing specification. Roll quantities count individual labels. Sheet quantities count complete sheets.
Proofs
Every order includes a proof. Production starts only after you approve it, so check spelling, wording, colours, size and cut outline before approving. We print what you approve.
Payments
Card payments are processed by Stripe through Teal Packaging’s Stripe account, so your card statement shows TEAL PACKAGING. We do not store your full card number.
Cancellations, returns and delivery
You can cancel for a full refund before you approve the proof. Returns, reprints and refunds follow the returns policy. Shipping follows the shipping policy; delivery timing is confirmed with your order.
